Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Credits

For the purpose of this document, we refer to the services provided by us in relation to each of the above as our “Services” or “Platform”. References in this document to “we”, “us,” or “our” are references to any of the platforms we own or operate.
TRANSACTIONS WITH GCTrackables
If you have purchased goods from this platform and would like to return them, you can do so for up to the 14th day after delivery, with the first day being the date of delivery. When purchasing from our platform you accept that most products are hand crafted, unique, custom made and as such could have minor defects, as with the nature of such products. All returns will be exchanged with a like item, if this is not possible we will apply credited to your account or send you 1 time use coupon code for the amount off your next purchase. We are unable to provide refunds, only exchanged and credits. Items with Geocaching Tracking Codes are only available for up to a 50% credit. Exchanges and credits never include shipping, handling or processing fees.
Memberships and Clubs
All memberships and clubs made available through GCTrackables are provided as a gift for your continued support through donations and/or volunteer work. There are no refunds for these donations even if the service ends immediately.
TRANSACTIONS WITH Others
We are not liable and make no warranty behind any goods or services from but not limited to other platforms operated by our team, or partners, or any transactions between community members.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES
We may need to create new policies or update any of our policies, including this policy from time to time. When we create a new policy or post changes to our existing policies, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the policy page. Please review all our policies periodically. By using or continuing to use our Services/Platforms, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, you should stop using our services. Changes will apply retroactively. If we have your email address, we may or may not email you with information on those changes.
